Megan is absolutely amazing!!! From day one, she was able to understand EXACTLY what we were looking for in our first home, and curated the perfect list of houses for us. As we were coming from out of the area, our schedule for touring houses was erratic to say the least, but Megan was always flexible and able to show us houses even with last minute notice. Once we found the perfect house, she made our lives SO easy during the complicated process - especially helpful for us as first time home buyers! She was always on top of each and every step and explained things we didn't know or hadn't thought of. When it came to inspections, she was on the ball with finding trusted vendors for home, pool, termite, roof and sewer, and took time out of her day several times to coordinate the work with them and meet them at the house to ensure everything was done properly and we got every bit of information needed to close the deal. She even took in our trash for us after we got the keys but were still living out of the area. We cannot even begin to explain how much we appreciate everything she did for us, and can't imagine working with ANYONE else next time around. 10 out of 10 or 5 star ratings truly don't say enough. Megan is a real estate rock star!
